I found a few german shops on Ebay, who offer the clear cases in normal amounts. (In packs of 1, 10 or 100.) The first one aparantly ships internationally. Though I am not sure, if the shipping cost is correct. (It is supposed to be only €1,50, which seems a bit low for shipment from Germany to the US.) Maybe you should ask them for the correct shipping price in advance, just to be sure. The second one is a bit cheaper, but does not offer international shipping, according to Ebay.
