The front image and screenshot are lo-res due to no good scans available.

I just remembered I had a scan of the Demons to Diamonds Manual in my Mediafire account. I can look through the manual and see if that same screenshot exists in there.

Just did Gorf for myself - it's custom, but the original cover was pretty dire for such a great game anyway.
