I'm still working on figuring out a way to get some of these cases. I was talking to Retrogamez about this, but have not gotten a response yet. I will send Retrogamez a PM and see if I can get a few cases sent my way.

I was able to get the manufacturer's info from superkon316 over at www.tg16pcemods.com. He believes the minimum order on these is 5,000pcs. Tomorrow I will be giving them a call to see what we are looking at.

If you're going to invest money into Turbografx-16 cases, why not work toward authentic cases? Basically, you'd only need to manufacture the CD tray. Hastings, which recently went out of business had thousands of those cases for 10 cents. They were used for gift cards. I'd imagine they'll start popping up on ebay soon.
