@sheep2001

Thank you, sheep2001!

@StratosVX
That's cool that you wanted to make vectors of the black box category icons. I have a vector of the Sports Series icon in my Box account. It's located in the Vector Logos folder. I also have the front and back Sports Series icon pre-sized for the front and back. They are in the Templates folder. I will be making more black box icons as vectors in the future.

I got around to making the Robot Series logo in vector format, located here. I know there are only a couple of games that use this one, but ROB will always have a special place in my heart. I still have mine, in fact. Anybody is welcome to use the logo.

EDIT: I've updated the link to a folder that will hold the vector logos I'm creating. I've added the one for the action series.

Hey gamers! What's up? I am back once again with two more NES covers. Anyone up for some casino action? I have two casino video game covers for your collection. I never knew Vegas Dream was the first game to Vegas Stakes. I learned about that when I looked up information on the game. In Japan, it's called Viva! Las Vegas. The other game cover I made is Casino Kid. First time playing this game, I got hooked on trying to beat all 16 Poker players and Blackjack dealers. Once I beat them all, I played against the last opponent called the Casino King. I put in so much time into this game and wrote down so many passwords. Casino King is a fun game to play. As a special added bonus, I also restored the original Casino Kid poster that was included in the box. It was a little challenging to do. I had to scan the poster in four parts because it was big. Then I stitched the scans together in Photoshop. Getting the artwork lined up properly with the other scans was tricky. Two months ago, I did my first two Game Boy posters and now I did my first NES poster. I would like to give a big shout out to StratosVX. Good job on making that Robot Series logo in vector format. It looks so sharp and crisp! I have more NES covers coming soon. Please be sure to check back often. Happy gaming!

Kinda funny, I just looked it up and the series names in Japan and the US are kinda funny:

Japan============USA
Viva Las Vegas=====Vegas Dream (FC/ NES)
Las Vegas Dream===Vegas Stakes (SFC/ SNES)
Las Vegas Dream 2== (PS2, Japan only)

And there's also an English only Vegas Stakes for Game Boy.

Wow! It's been a little over a month since I posted covers. Did you guys miss me? I missed all of you too. I have two new NES covers for everyone. These are the hardest NES covers I have ever worked on. Othello took so much work and I had to rigorously clean the scan. Since that cover has stars, I had to double check the box to make sure I wasn't removing stars. Trying to clean a scan that has stars can get tricky because wear marks blend in with stars. This is something you can't rush. Restoring something takes a lot of time. You also need to have skill, passion, and most importantly... patience. I put in over 15 hours on each cover. Monopoly took just as much work because I did so much manual tracing of the logos and artwork. Remaking the gradient in the background on the front was tricky. I had to experiment back and forth with the gradient overlay. Redrawing the Monopoly guy into a vector was tough. I found one mistake on the legal text and I fixed it. The mistake said, "Nintendo Entertainment Systems". The console is called "Nintendo Entertainment System" not "Nintendo Entertainment Systems". It blows my mind when I find mistakes on the original boxes. I can't help but think, "How did Nintendo miss that?" As a special added bonus, I also bring you the poster for Monopoly. The poster took so much work. Making vectors of the houses, trains, and utilities for all the properties was kind of tedious. The legal text on the bottom left had the same mistake as the original box. This poster would look nice in anyone's game room. I'm very happy to finally share some new covers with everyone. Well, I better let you guys go so you can download my latest covers. Happy gaming!

It's cool that you fix mistakes, but some people like to keep the mistakes, for authenticity to the original box.

Thank you, marioxb! That's cool, but, I couldn't see myself keeping the original mistakes. I read everything to make sure every sentence has proper grammar and spelling. Spelling mistakes are the worst.

I just meant two versions, one official (with mistakes) and one without. Doesn't much matter to me, but I'm sure there are people who like the mistakes. Personally, I don't much care for retranslations on rom hacks. I like the way they were originally because that's how I remember them. "I AM ERROR", "A WINNER IS YOU!" or uncensoring EarthBound, Final Fantasy or whatever, I usually prefer the originals. It depends though. Like I'd rather have Poison and Roxy in Final Fight instead of Billy and Sid.

Hi, everyone! It's been so long since I made a new NES cover. The new cover is Rollerball and that's not all. A few more bonuses are also here. I also restored the instruction poster that came with the game together with the HAL America promo poster. This is a complete package and I'm very excited to be sharing these with all of you. I was very surprised when I got Rollerball and found a fold-out instruction poster instead of an instruction manual. I had to scan both sides of the instruction poster in two parts and stitch it together in Photoshop. The instruction poster is big and can only fit on a sheet of ledger size (11x17) paper. If you don't have a large format printer, you can print the instruction poster on a sheet of legal size (8.5 x 14) paper. If you're printing it on legal size paper, scale it down to 72%. The HAL America promo poster has some cool artwork with information on four games available from HAL America, Inc. The HAL America poster is very large. It's 15.22" wide x 11.86" high. In order to print it at the original size, you will need a large format printer. Otherwise, print it on legal size paper at 72% scale. The instruction poster was a lot of work. I had so many black outlines to trace on the pinball playfield art. After that was done, I traced it into a vector. I did the same for the little pinball playfield on side 2 of the instruction poster. There was so much text to type. Once both sides of the instruction poster were done, I felt like I accomplished something very big. Now I can see why we don't have scans of instruction manuals here on The Cover Project. Manuals are very tedious to make and hard to scan. In order to scan an instruction manual properly, it would require removing the staple from the manual spine in order to get a nice flat scan. I don't want to risk destroying an original instruction manual. You can find instruction manuals everywhere on eBay. Hope you guys enjoy this complete package for Rollerball. See you next time!

Please tell me youre not arguing that because a black man was guilty in case A, therefore, a black man must also be guilty in case B.
Congratulations: Perma Ban award achieved!
