I have a laser cut file for the older style SNES inserts (the nice ones, where the carts are centered). It's just a bunch of vector lines, so you could just as easily cut it with a knife versus a laser cutter
It's an AI file. I can save it as a JPG or whatever you need.
I'll do it on Monday morning for ya.
Here you go. Blue lines are cut, red score.https://www.mediafire.com/?2o6tcdwn3bltym4
Wiggy's template is 28,5 x 34,85 centimeter. So no, it does NOT fit on a standard letter size (or DIN A4) piece of paper. You would have to print it on a DIN A3 piece of paper.Or try this template from NintAndBox:-> http://www.nintandbox.net/index.php/en/nintendo-boxes-project/Divers---Miscellaneous/CartonsInternes/Super-NES---Super-Famicom/InnerTray_SNES-InnerTray_AME(fr).zip/file-2230/It is almost identical, BUT they divided it into two parts, so you can print it on two letter size (DIN A4) pieces of paper instead.
