I'm after scans or hi-res versions of each of the "Activision Standard" and some of the "Activision Special" boxes.

I'm trying to recreate complete boxes for these, and scans are difficult to source. Each of the "Standard" titles had a small image on the spine that I want to include. I've scoured eBay for decent photos but I've exhausted that and I honestly don't have time to spend hours trying to fluff up a subpar image.

Here's the list I need:

Beamrider
Cosmic Commuter
Crackpots (spine only)
Dolphin (spine only)
Frostbite (front/spine)
H.E.R.O.
Pitfall II: Lost Caverns
Pressure Cooker (spine only)
Private Eye
River Raid II

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would help if I could.  I've been looking for H.E.R.O. for a while.

Before criticizing someone, walk a mile in their shoes. Then when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away and have their shoes.

I have boxes for H.E.R.O and Pitfall II, but they are for the 5200.  I can scan them if you want the artwork off of them.  I'm not sure if they used the same picture on the front of the 2600 and 5200 boxes.  I'm also not sure about any spine image, but I can check when I get home.  It will be later tonight at the earliest.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Pitfall II has the same front but different back. Unfortunately, H.E.R.O. is totally different. But it can't hurt to scan them both anyway if you're willing.

I'm certainly willing to scan them.  Also, both of the games I have boxes for are hosted on the site for 5200.  You might be able to use some of that artwork since it's already been cleaned up.  Again, I know it's not what you need, but it might help you at least get a piece of the cover.

The 5200 version of H.E.R.O. will work for me as I need a cover for that game.

Once you get scans of these, could post a link to them here so we can get some retail versions made? Sheep has made some really close ones for some of these, but like you said the spines all have small artwork on them  (along with the Activision part #)

That's all part of my plan, actually.
