What do you guys think is better? I noticed a lot of people like to put Custom Vertical Cases on their shelves. I do like the Super Nintendo label on the sides. It looks good on a shelf. But on the other hand, you don't get the authentic look and there's also less game descriptions on the back cover. How many of you make a combination of both? I just keep changing my mind.

I found a great alternative to both.  I use the clear UGC's and put the original inlay inside and the vertical label on the outside for looks on the shelf.  It costs more to print two per case but looks really awesome when you open them up!

Wow, I am curious to see how that appears.

As Verticals are custom, and thus have bit more leeway, they are easier to make and thus are more often available.

And also because of this they tend to have MORE backtext.

Horizontals looks awful on the shelf because of the completely inconsistent spine layout.

This feels like a challenge. A challenge I could remedy for a new streamlined case that houses the SNES games ... hmm  ;)

That looks nice!

I use the Vertical for SNES, but horizontal for N64.  The vertical SNES captures the artwork well, and looks good on the shelf, but I find the Vertical N64 has too much extra stuff that doesn't belong, I find horizontal looks much better than the vertical layout, plus it's the way it's meant to be.
