Artwork Request - NES - Ninja Gaiden 1-3 Kanji

Hi all!

I'm curious if anyone can identify the kanji font used in Ninja Gaiden 1-3. If it's not a font, could someone please make me a vector of it?

I'm working on covers and I'm having a really difficult time cleaning the kanji up.
