First glimpse of NX coming today!

I was thinking exactly the same... for months! I'm going to buy it for both systems, whatever is the outcome. But for other non 5 star+ games, probably I'll go with latest system only.

zelda i will always buy for all systems. but i own splatoon on Wii U and i wonder if nintendo will have a backwards compatibility mode for wii u games or just kill it and pretend it never existed

I think it looks exactly the way people have been describing it for the past year. What took them so long to announce it? It's basically a tablet with a docking bay connected to the TV. I'm a little disappointed as it's nothing new or revolutionary. Nintendo's been so secretive about it, I expected a game changer.

No idiotic gimmicks that can't be bypassed shown... Least not yet.
Seems reasonably powerful.
