This is a hard to find game and I'm not holding my breath that someone will be able to get a high-res scan. I'm more than happy to make the cover art myself if someone can get me a 600 PPI scan of the box, if that helps move this along.

I just made a temporary mockup of the label. You can see that this low resolution is not so great, and that there isn't a real spine or back.
