Request: Retail Ocarina of Time: Master Quest for GameCube

Is it in a GameCube case or a dvd case? I used the template/dimensions from the site.
DNA:
Gamecube case, which I assumed had the same dimensions as a DVD case. I have no clue why it wouldn't fit properly. I'm not ruling out a printing mistake, but I don't think it was the case. It is just a tad bigger, maybe half a centimetre or less.
