I use this.  Works perfectly for me.  It also replaces the battery door which worked out for me because someone gave me a free Xbox 360 controller because he didn't have a battery door for it and he didn't want to look for a replacement.  :P

Eneloop rechargables.  They are better than any play and charge kit.  All those kits suck.  These batteries will far outlast the p&c kits and can be used for more tham just the x360.  I got some and never looked back.
