I see I'm not the only one watching for those Target clearance sales.  ;)
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Half Price Books is having a sale this weekend for 20% off so I got Splatterhouse 3 and Final Fight CD both complete for $100 total.

I can't believe your HPB was only asking $75 for that Splatterhouse. That's a pretty decent deal, by itself. Any of my locations would have been asking $100+, easily.

I may as well share my Target clearance sales as well.

Also, I don't do this often, but this was an impulse buy.  I was not aware of this 3DS model and I saw it sitting there at Target.  It's the "New" model and it includes Super Mario 3D Land.  It also includes some extra plate covers.  It didn't have a price, so I asked just out of curiosity.  I was surprised to find out it was $150, so I bought it.  I didn't realize until I got home that it's NOT the XL model.  I didn't look closely because I thought the US only got the XL version (that used to be true, but not any more).  The cover plates should have been the give away since they are only on the smaller models.  This is a specialty model and apparently, the price has always been $150 since it came out last month.  I'm just out of the loop on these specialty editions.  With that said, it still doesn't feel like that bad of a deal, and I do not own any version of the 3DS currently, so I guess I'm happy with the purchase even though it was an impulse buy without any research.

I personally prefer the non-XL. Fits better in my hands, and the LCDs are much larger than the old non-XL.

That's good to hear about the LCDs.  However, any time that I hear someone say that they prefer a smaller model because it fits better in their hands, that almost always means that the larger version is better for me.

They are definitely hit or miss, there was another game right next to these two for $100 but it was only worth like $40 (can't remember what game it was at the moment)

I personally like the small one.  One I take it on public transit everyday and it is just a little easier to take with me, the other is that the XL the images are blown up slightly to fit the screen.

Picked up two GBA's, and a friend shipped me a GBA that he broke which had an AGS-101 screen mod. Had to run two jumpers and install a new capacitor on the board, so he gave me a third GBA (not the one I fixed).

Also got this from wiggy in trade of those poor condition Pokemon games:

By the way, I can't recall if the manual covers it or not, but hold reset for 3 seconds to cycle between the games ;)

A few more Target Clearance sales.

Also made a quick stop by Goodwill.  Picked up a few cheap games.  Nothing major.

And finally found a new shelf at Goodwill.  My Atari games look much better on this one.

I'm pretty jealous your Target has Xenoblade and Hyrule Warriors for under $20.  Mine still has them clearanced at $30 a piece.  I was able to snag WWE15 (X One) for $7.98 and Rodea the Sky Soldier (Wii U) for $3.98.  Also got a Ryu Amiibo for $4.98 and the Splatoon 3 pack for $13.98.  But I feel like I just bought those as "eh" purchases.  Still hoping my Xenoblade price drops.  And my store has no 360 clearance at all.
