Hey guys, me and my brother just got a shipment in of the new CGC NES cases, and were having a hard time getting them printed out to the right size.

Normally I print out my covers on my iMac, but my brother has a Windows/PC. I'm not sure where the dimensions are supposed to be put in and what they are supposed to be. We've been trying to print them from Paint, but we just can't get the size right. I didn't know if anyone had any pointers.

See here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=20072.0

All these covers are at the correct resolution to fit CGC cases.

Maybe is the type of paper you are using, is it 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14,  in other words, letter or legal paper?

On advice with a local print shop, I've found that if I save them as a PDF they print more accurately.

On Windows it wants to print using the Photo Gallery application by default, so you have to manually adjust the size. The same goes for when I try to print from Paint. If I were to just open the file and hit print it would be a giant print out taking 9 pages. I haven't tried printing from Adobe yet.

I've always used Legal paper when printing my own covers on my iMac. That's the type of paper my brother is using as well, just can't get it to print the right size. Maybe I'm making this harder than it really is. He only collects NES so I thought the Custom Game Cases would be much easier for him rather than the Universal Game Cases.

I'm trying to print all of them actually. My bro almost has the entire NES collection. But spefically "1942" was the game we were trying to print at the time.

Also we don't have Photoshop.

Wow, I didn't know that.

So if I install this on Windows I just open the file and hit print? No margin adjustments or page set up?

Thanks so much for the help, guys!

Of corse you need to do some page setting as otherwise at minimum it will try to print with potrait orientation not landscape, and probably fit to page will be on.
