[Request] Specific PS1 DVD Covers

I'm getting read to head off to college and am looking to complete my PS1 case collection. These are the games I cannot find DVD cases for:

ALL IN NTSC/UC FORMAT.

I won't have any time to work on these, as college is fast approaching. Can anyone provide me to DVD covers of these, if they exist? If they don't, I'm becoming desperate enough I would almost pay for someone to make them.

I just finished a cover for ridge racer 4. I used the british cover on the site as a base and american-ized it. Enjoy! http://fav.me/ddpiea7

As the standard format is a CD Jewel Case, if you provide us with either Strategy guides and/or clean posterwork, the DVD style cases will be better created.  Without ANY reference material (as again, it's not the normal sized case), it's very hard to create these style covers for PS1 and this post will mostlikely be forgotten (as 99.9% of the others if you search the forums are unfulfilled)

Link the covers with broken links here.
Many Mediafire links can be fixed easily (remove ? sign from the link), some can be fixed with more agressive fiddling of the link (too many steps to list and the steps vary), but yes some are gone forever (covers actually deleted from Mediafire).
