Help printing Please

I am going to take my covers to office max but i dont know how to do i just take them on a flash drive and tell them how big to print them but i dont know how or what size you have to print for dvd standered cases.

tell them you want to print them on 8.5 x 14 paper and must be 100% aspect ratio for the images.  FYI the cover should be 7.19" high.
