Depends on the event. I enjoy the quite a few events. tennis, swimming, diving, some cycling, some rowing, gymnastics, bmx - even enjoyed the rugby 7s final last night. There's such a diverse number of sports, there must be something for everyone. |

Honestly, I could watch just about anything from the Olympics. Sure, there are some pretty obscure sports, but I would even watch the race walk for about 10 minutes if it was on when I'm home in the evenings. And of course, next week I will be watching all of the running events. Plus, since I ran cross country and track for 12 years of my life, plus marathons/half marathons for many years after that, I actually find most of those events pretty interesting (while many find it boring). |

I'm still bitter about wrestling getting axed after 2020. |

It was voted back in for the 2020 games after the massive backlash from the International Olympic Committee deciding to remove it after this years event. The IOC had never received such an overwhelming reaction in favor of a sport being kept in once they decided to remove it from Olympic competition, so it's more likely than not that wrestling will continue to be an Olympic sport well beyond the 2020 games. Personally, I could and do watch just about anything. Aside from the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Olympics is definitely the sporting event I look forward to most (both Summer and Winter versions). |
