I bought these so I can store the fragile legos and just use the bases.

Quality is pretty good and they come precut.

Did some traveling over the weekend and was able to hit up a few stores.  Here's my haul from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Tempted, but I think I'll wait until Scorpio.

Anybody remember this? My good condition NES CIB turned ripped/crushed box in shipping?
Well, after ignoring me a few times the seller messaged me once saying see had health problems so she couldn't reply or whatever, but she continued ignoring me for WEEKS after that. I then contacted Ebay to step in and now I've got a free NES and a sad, sad box. All is well that ends well I guess?  :-\

Before i saw that they will release this Slim Version i had no intention to buy a Xbox One... but somehow they got me with this one!
The only "negative" thing that i could say is that you have to be online and that the games must be installed first... like on pc.
But at the end it is no real problem it's fun - i already played some NHL 16 today.

Since my PC is connected to the TV in my game room and that i use an Xbox 360 wireless controller i can enjoy PC graphics with console gameplay.
For the Xbox One - i will focus on exclusive games or games that i might sell again later.

@FireJoker
That is really unfortunate - hope you didn't pay too much for it at least.

@FireJoker54

Great to hear. There's no way I would have let that seller get away with that!

Don't say they implemented this with slim version.
Microsoft dropped this "feature" before launch of XBOne due to HUGE shitstorm.
Only few multi-player only games require this, Destiny being one, for certain reasons.

In the end he got it free.

Well, the first setup required that i connect to the internet to download a 1 or 2 GB update, noch option to skip it.
And every game i tried required an installation with a following update...
I haven't got into the console setup so far yet, maybe there are some settings for that you can use it offline.

Oh yes. I did not see the comment below his picture at first.

Oh OK but after that it should not require internet connection anymore for offline single playing.
Least I think so.

Yeah, there is a big difference between being online at ALL TIME that the system is on, and being online anytime you need an update.

I'll be curious to see how the S does with heat since it's a lot smaller AND the A/C adapter is inside.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

You also have to be online in order to receive achievements.  WHile they technically unlock offline, you don't get notifications for them, nor does your gamerscore increase, until you are online and they connect to Xbox servers.

That's because unlike the 360 (where achievements were completely programmed on to the disc) the XB1 requires a ping on the server in order to count it as "met."  So you can unlock hundreds of points, but you won't know it until the next time you connect.

This little guy arrived today.  This makes flash cart number 10 in my collection (and number 11 has already been pre-ordered).

Sheep, if you see this, I might need your Lynx template to make a cover for this  ;).  All of my Lynx games are using your template.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
