Sucks. Did you pay with a CC? If so, why not just do a chargeback? I can't imagine going to the police will help. You'd just have to sue to get any money back, and for 450 Euros, I can tell it ain't gonna be worth it. Not to mention bankruptcy will pretty much absolve them of the debt anyway. |

I can report the thing as fraud and proof that they willfully delayd the repayment (I have proof). It won't cost me anything and if it goes thru either the nest pays or the company that owned the chain ( the compay is not in bankrupsy but the chain they owned) or or criminal compensation program. is it worth the loooooooooong battle I don't know. We'll see. The chain might be sold and their depts paid. 10%/90% like I said. And the stores are still open so I might try buying something with payment plan if it's possible and then claim they already have the money as I can proof that they have it. |

There is actually light at the end of the tunnel. Found instuctions by the bankcrupsy nest that said that as i had recieved the stuff and returned it, it should be considered my property and I should get the items i returned back. Contacted the bankcrupsy nest and asked where can I retrieve my stuff. Fingers crossed. |

Apart for this blib my year has been pretty much perfect_ - My third niece was born month or so ago. - My fourth nephew is due any day now. - On Juhannus I reached my highest level of drunkness without passing out. (I have only once passed out and that was my first time of drinking... I learned my limit). - So did my 2 brothers of which the younger usually gives up about midnight. - Still did not get hangover. - I bough a fridge to my room. |
