I'm in so bad mood right now.

It's nearly impossible to get me in bad mood but now I've been on really bad mood for few days now:
One major retail store chain went bankcrupt and they still ove me 450 Euros that I now stand to loose (About 10% chance i will get it back / 90% that i loose it).

Bought laptop, returned it, got confirmation of reception and was told that refund will be issued asap.
3 weeks later reminded them, week after that bancrupsy without warning.
I could go to police and press charges as I can proof that they intentionally delayd the refund.
Don't know will that help.
