When Afterburner III came out, it was released in a cardboard box with a manual, and a CD sized jewel case. However, the box is usually discarded. I am interested in putting Afterburner III in a Sega CD sized jewel case. I have the manual and would like a custom job which included the back art and both spines so I could put it in a traditional Sega CD case.
