Stone Age Gamer has announced that they will begin taking pre-orders on the Game Boy Advance Everdrive at Too Many Games.  It looks like the price will be $99 which includes shell and label.  I believe the GBA ED will be similar to the GBC ED in that all orders come with a shell no matter what.  I don't believe you will be able to order one as a board only.  But, like the GBC, the shell is unique and you won't be able to use a donor shell anyway.

I won't be at the event, but I plan to order one very early on after they are available to order online.

***EDIT*** Pre orders on the SAG website apparently start July 1st.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

That is fantastic!!
After this one, what system is there left to make a flash card for?
All of my systems have one, except my TI-99 4/a!

Lots of systems have flash carts, but not all of them have EVERDRIVE brand flash carts.  I wouldn't mind seeing Krikzz working on other systems, even if some type of flash cart already exists for it.

My top vote would be the Atari Jaguar.  However, I don't think it will happen, since I've heard that Krikzz has no interest in Atari systems.  The Skunkboard exists, but is currently not in production and used models tend to fetch pretty high prices.  Fortunately, someone at AtariAge is currently working on an SD card based flash cart for the Jaguar.  I will probably jump on this if it ever sees the light of day.

Though $99 is freaking expensive...  :(

The Revo K101+ sells for about $79... containing a GBA flashcard AND a whole console!

For $99 you could also consider getting a Nintendo DS lite (or DSi) and use a cheap flashcard with emulators.

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with the Everdrive.  At $100, it's a freaking steal.
