Ok, when I print off GBA covers, they aren't big enough to fully fit into into one of those plastic DS covers
I followed this through as a tutorial and in the tutorial they were able to fit perfectly.
With mine there is quite a lot of empty space.
Any idea where to get ones that will fully fit or how to resize them?

  • I have no label. Maybe I'm not a gamer at all?

They are all sized to fit perfectly.  Check your print settings.

Make sure scale to media/fit to page are not selected.

I followed the instructions to a tee and have never had any issues. They might be a millimeter (if that) shorter than all the DS covers I have, but not that much of an issue for me.
Nintendo:  NES-101 | Wii | GB Boy Colour | GBA SP 101 | DSL | 3DS XL Zelda Edition
Sega: GG
SNK: NGPC
Sony: PS | PS2 | PS3 Slim | PSP 3000

I noticed this too when I tried to print.  So I increased the size to 101.5% Horizontal and 101% Vertical.  So 3308x1383 and now they fit absolutely perfectly.

I should note that I'm using the GBA cases from Customgamecases

I'm not sure what you're printing through but when I print actual pixels through photoshop, everything prints perfect without any resizing.

I've been thinking and this might simply be a case of different printer manufacturers having different tolerance of how accurate their printers are.

Some might think that fitting 305 dots per inch is close enough to 300, and then when you print 300DPI image on that it comes out too small.
