Using Cassette Tape Cases for Games

ParasiteAdam:

I've seen in some places people talking about using cassette tape cases to store handheld games. From what I've also seen the end result looks pretty awesome and i plan to do this with the 10 or so game gear games I own. My question is has anyone here ever attempted to do that? If so how did you print off the cover art? Also does anyone know where i can find some good cover scans for Game Gear games? Cover project is kind of lacking on them.

e_brugal:

I have never seen someone using cassette cases for game gear games.

I can't promise good quality scans but here are some. All of them where contributions of different members, if you have some game gear scans or know of someone that does, please upload them in that thread and I will add them to the list of scan.  ;)

I've tried it before for game boy games. I liked it for being easy to get and cheap, but I ended up using NDS cases.

I upgraded from Cassette to DS for my GB games, but I still use them for Master System Card Games. My cart games are loose and cassette cases are the same size and fit in well on the shelf.

I wanted to put GG games in cassette but they don't fit, they are just bearly too big. I use DS cases now.
