I was working on a Goemon's Great Adventure Cover when I noticed the drop shadow under the Only For N64 logo has a white box around it, like they forgot to make it transparent.

Also on Myst on the SEGA Saturn, the Acclaim logo seems to be under the grey bars.

The black on the other logos don't have this problem.

Anyone spot any other issues like this?

I noticed just yesterday, that on Battle Arena Toshinden (EU platinum release), the game name is spelled incorrectly on the disc!  It says battle AREA toshinden instead of ARENA.

that's a pretty major mistake!

Astal for the Sega Saturn they just flat out forgot to put the name on the spine. Also, for DOOM on the 32X the "32X" on the spine is reversed. Seems like companies would check their game art against others first huh?

This has always bothered me; the Saturn logo for house of the Dead is flipped.

Metroid for NES listed as two players. Games that have mis-spellings or incorrect/beta screenshots. I think Eliminator Boat Duel for NES has an upside down screenshot.

Surprised no one has mentioned yet, but the first run of Resident Evil Revelations, where Revelations is misspelled as Revelaitons.

That's actually not a mistake. In the original graphic novels, they all had red masks/bandanas.  They just opted for that art, versus the newer, cartoony crap.

Okami for the Wii has an IGN watermark on the cover.  Derp.

Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles for the Wii doesn't have the Wii logo on the spine. It is just pure white in that area.

I can't remember the exact titles but i know there are quite a few DS games that have the wrong size "NintendoDS" logo on the spine (way too big in comparison to the standard).

There are a bunch of mistakes like this on the Wii and DS. I would imagine largely due to the vast amount of shovelware for the systems.

Wow man, that was harsh...

Corrected:

Wii Sports Club doesn't have the blue on the top of the spine. Bugs the hell out of me.

I've found typos on SNES games and just left them instead of correcting them.

Not really boxes but Sonic 2's manual uses a screenshot of the "Nick Arcade Prototype"'s title screen on the getting started page, Sonic 3's manual has the enemy Mantis printed upside down on the badniks page, and Sonic the Fighters misspells Dr. Robotnik as "Dr. Robotonic" during its intro. (Why do I know this?  :P)

Mine has it.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
