Thanks!  $260 shipped. It was a demo unit at a dealership, so it was essentially brand new. All of the accessories and such were still sealed.  They seem to go for $400, but I just wasn't willing to spend that much. I saw this one on eBay for $260 OBO and I didn't even bother making an offer. I know at least 3 guys who are also hunting for one, so I didn't want to miss my chance ;)

I had to look up what it was too.  Very nice pickup!

But the fun doesn't end there...

The real reason it was so cheap lol but I figure a replacement screen is cheap and the work involved was simple enough

How much do they charge at Goodwill for the PSX games? Are you in a big city? That Gamepad looks like a fun project for you.

The average price I've seen them there are typically 4-5 bucks a game...but these 2 and a few others I didn't pick up were $10.  The person pricing them must've either known the titles were popular or they check prices online and inflate certain games...not sure which :/

And yes lol, this gamepad along with my original gameboy are 2 projects I'm looking forward to to completing :D

I do have another gamepad, but I don't know how I feel about opening it to swap parts.  I've been going back and forth with it lol, but the main reason that I still haven't is that it'd just be easier to open 1 gamepad and swap in a new screen then opening up 2 gamepads.  I mean I'm still going to order a new screen so I can have 2 functioning gamepads so I can wait a bit.  (non-Zelda gamepad will probably go to the gf if/when I find a lone wii u console for cheap).
TDIRunner:
Nice little PS2 pickup through a few Nintendo Age transactions.

Also, I won my age group for the third year in a row (yes there was more than 1 person in my age group)  8)
