Odd-colored cases

So, upon learning of the red Mario 3DS cases and the red/blue Pokemon cases of non-US territories...

What are some off-color cases you've seen games come in? I have Picture Perfect Hair Salon and System: Flaw. Both come in White DS cases with the GBA slot. And, of course, the red DS cases that can be purchased on Nintendo's website.

Official/unofficial either or is fine. What is available out there? Is there a gold? I feel like Gold DS/GBA cases would be popular for Zelda collectors and Metroid.

Do the Assecure Game Case 18's have artwork-sleeves?

New Super Mario DS 2 comes in Yellow case.

Seen yellow (Super Mario Maker), green (New Luigi U) and red (Super Mario Kart official WiiU cases.

On the DS side there's

I wish they would do this in the states. I was really upset with the Mario Maker laziness for here in the states.
