i've got 2 questions please help

1 how to upload a cover for a game that is not in the list? Monopoly Sega Genesis
2 how do you guys touch up and restore a cover?

If you want to upload a cover and the cover you want to upload isn't there, just select the cover it would fall under alphabetically. As for your other question, cover artists use scans/assets that are a minimum of 300 dpi. Most cover are reconstructed using templates found on our forums; usually in Photoshop.
