Request - DC - Utopia Boot Disc - white/orange spine

I'm wondering if there exists a cover made for the Utopia Boot Disc for Dreamcast? 

I found an example, but the colour scheme doesn't work with what I'm using and it's french.


Looking for one that follows this template.

Since nobody seems to have anything, I whipped up something real quick.  It's nothing special, but hopefully somebody might find a use for it.

I'd just hate to go through the effort of casing up my loose dreamcast discs and 'backups' but have a boot disc just loose amongst everything.

I know it's nothing special, just basic - but then again, it's a boot disc.  Figured I'd throw the instructions on the back in case anybody's guests end up using it.
