I'm looking to print a few PS1 inserts for jewel cases, what methods have worked well for people?

Need some way to print the front and back doublesided to line up perfectly.

Arseen:

I'd print separately, or side by side and then fold.

wiggy:

Does your printer duplex?  If so, that's the way to go.

It prints double-sided, but it sucks the paper back in, flips it and prints on the other side.

My question more was does anybody have any method for ensuring the images line up perfectly.

I set my template up so that the inside of the insert has a slightly bigger black boarder around it because no matter what I do to get it centered, it still usually off by a mm or two.  After I print to both sides, I cut out the back because I want that to be perfect.  The inside of the insert might be a mm out of center, but there won't be any white edges due to the extra black boarder around it.  Hope that makes sense.
