Doing semi-US by changing the spine to look like US version is easy.
Gimme few minutes and I'll to the edit.

I'm making changes to all cases anyway, as i need to change size to fit cases, I'm actually using the Pal symbol for spine and front (Just the colored buttons), As i'm Australian.
I'll post a picture later when i have printed and completed a few.
