Right, I found a basic logo with a white background. So making the custom case with white background should make stuff slightly easier.

On the site I bought the game says: Dr. Mario was getting ready for Flu Season when he hears a knock on his door. He learns that Toad has become sick because of the evil viruses, so he embarks on a journey to retrieve some mega vitamins for Toad.

Nice.
I think there are few typos but apart from that (and that you have named Vertical Horizontal and vice versa) all is very good.
And DPI shows as 96 so the size will be wrong when printed.
All the dots are there resolution is just screwed.
