my photoshop skills are lousy and I need alot of time
I found some sources to make a DS Case cover (PAL or NTSC) possible

but I am also sure there is a better scan of the OEM box out somewhere which could help alot
especially since we need to replace the glitter shinny stuff and make it a solid color
