palmer6strings:
I still cannot fathom why anyone would want to to pay for VR...
Wasn't that the point of gaming in the irate place was so you could escape from reality for a while and enjoy and interactive story of sorts? Why would you want this bulky half helmet like object on your head that block out all of the existing world?

I love video games, I love delving into an alternate virtual lifestyle, but I also like being able to just press pause an sit the controller down and going elsewhere. Not having huge blinding goggles and headset. That I have to fenangle off my face, gloves to take off. Yada yada...

But hey, each to their own.live how you want to.

Because it's something to toy around with. VR isn't reality.

You know I don't like Zelda games right?

The phone attachments are the only VR products which I think will really take off, seeing as people who buy phones often buy accessories. LOTS of accessories. Not to mention that phone VR helmets are basically just hats that hold the phone close to your face, so they're cheap.
