NDS/XBOX - Various Games - NTSC

Greetings, I was hoping someone could help me out with some NTSC scans of the covers for:

Nintendo DS:
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2
LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga
Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll
Diddy Kong Racing

XBOX:
Phantom Dust

If anyone can help out with the DS games, it'd be greatly appreciated. The Phantom Dust cover is a low priority for me.

All requested covers are NTSC.

I got a raw scan of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, but I don't really know how to change the PDF into an image.  I'm sure you can get it!  By the way, you'll need to change the zoom to 100%.
