Hi guys,

Been lurking on the forums awhile taking what I can. Thought I'd finally post of pic of my collection. Not sure if there are any rules for image posting, so hopefully I don't screw this up.

Link to the whole series of photos here in case you can't see the images https://www.mediafire.com/folder/v2r8o4kh7t5u4/Collection

Here are some overview shots of my room.

Some shelf shots of my console games and books.

Seems like a few of these are not cooperating. Will have to figure it out.

 ;D
not bad, good to have some melee protection just in case your exits GET covered with extreme prejudice.
there's something about what i'm looking at overall, can't put finger on it, unsettling. (like...nvm)
yeah, looking tasty, though that bed is a room eater, make a wall hinge for it, fold it away in an enclosure, get a futon or a small sofa... ;D
...
i truly hope those shelves are secured to the wall, and that central upper-bar thing above the monitor, the mounting screws better be bored so deep into the masonry, tibet can feel it.  ;D :D

Amiga, you have an interesting way of speaking...Where are you from if you don't mind me asking?

Anyway, the room is actually bigger, you just cant see it in those photos. I have a computer desk and walk in closet that's not shown (unless mediafire starts working)

Haha, that's actually exactly what I'm going for. I think i need some more modern looking knick knacks to go in the room. It's a little too plain. I can't stand clutter, prefer a wide open space.

BTW, here's the living room set up. Media stand is a little messy because my roommates thought some random stuff deserved to go in the center. Looks like crap.

If this is "a little messy", don't look at the recent thread where I show my collection in it's current state...  ;)

Looks good.  If you consider that to be "messy" than you and I would probably get along very well.   :P

Now, all you have to do is to be like me and get married to someone who is the complete opposite and quite possibly the messiest person I've ever met.  :o
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

a country that it's miserly misery can actually be seen as grey/black storm clouds...

Ha ha.  For whatever reason, opposites seem to attract.

The big question I wonder is, will our son be super clean and organized like me, or leave it where it lies messy like my wife............

well that deppends, my wife says, she is not going to leave our childrens with me alone when we have them, she is going to teach them to be like her, and if they'll be alone with me i will teach them the oposite, that's what she say. but i think it depends on the kids

Well yeah, it has a lot to do with how your children are raised.  But I was more referring to his natural tendencies.  I'm clean and organized, but I wasn't taught that.  Sure my parents are also clean and organized, but my organization borders on a compulsive nature, and I've always been that way, even when I was very young.  I'm wondering if my son will be that way as well, or more like my wife.  I guess we will see.

My wife doesn't want our son to be as compulsive as me (which is probably fair).  However, I don't want him to be a slob either.  Hopefully he will land somewhere between us.

ok so lets organized this.

Red describes my wife
Green describes my feelings
Orange describes her feelings
Purple describes what we expect

so it seems is the same way, opposite partners have the same feelings and seems to expect the same for their childrens. lol
