agreed to one above, a line is a good place to end, but the world isn't clean cut boulevard, not cruising ib should-land sadly. :(
bad feedback occurs just because, part and parcel of the trade, why too much human contact depresses me..
just, learn from it, gain a constitution, but if you expect to have a fair chance to rebut your case (shoe on other foot, accidents and that) have cap in hand on approach, show your cards.
all we can do is expect the same fairness, though reality shows us otherwise.
sorry you had a bad do, but above is right to a degree, at least hear em out, weigh it up before you proverbially lynch em and pitchfork them to death.  :P

I contacted him (before I made this thread), he ended up giving me a partial refund.  Now to find a manual of Diablo 1.  I have no idea where the copies I had from when I was a kid went to.
