You've played multiple Pokemon and Mario games in your past and had an enjoyable experience. Now that you are an adult you want to enjoy those experiences again ... and so does everyone else. The supply doesn't get any greater but the demand does. People also trust the brand name of those titles and continue to buy. Cycle, repeat --- End quote --- Plus, let's face it, they really do make some of the best games out there. It's not like we're taking about old Aklaim sports titles or anything :P |

I was at Wal-Mart tonight and couldn't believe that Mario Kart Wii was still $40. That blew my mind. I've said for a while now that I wanted a Wii U before any other current gen system. The problem is that they still won't drop the price of the console itself, and 100% of the games I want are first party titles, and despite many of them being pretty old already, still sell for $50 each. It would cost me a fortune to get the small Wii U collection that I want. I still want a Wii U, but at this point, I might as well wait until it gets discontinued and replaced by the next system. |

^^^ it's kinda crazy that the price of the console hasn't dropped at all, considering that it's not really selling that well. I guess it must be doing well enough for the big N... |

Nintendo Selects are coming soon, if you've got Amazon Prime, you can get titles like Pikmin 3, Super Mario 3D World, and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze for a mere $16. They've also got a good selection of Wii and 3DS games for that price. |

Do Prime members have first opportunity, or just cheaper prices? |
