Me and one of my sisters (will probably be more of us in the end...) are planning to go to Spain and I was checking the Mobile phone and data prices.

Prices in spain were bad compared to my Finnish ones.

As a data junkie I need much speed and data so I only checked their biggest packages.
Cheapest seemed to be Movistar: 5GB for 45 Euros/month + additional 500 MB 1.5 cets/MB (7.50 Euros).

My Finnish contract is Unlimited data for 19.90 Euros/month. (If I added unlimited calls and text to my plan it would be about 5 Euros more).

But then I remembered reading something about roaming will be free, and started checking and found this good news:

http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/money-charges/mobile-roaming-costs/index_en.htm

So from June 15th 2017 ALL all intra European Data roaming charges will go away and I can bring my mobile Internet with me WITHOUT extra charges!!!

Now if only Europe and USA would make same deal... 8)
