Yeah, but it's a lot easier to tell a fake label in person than it is in a photo over the internet.  ;)

Was it eBay or Amazon?  If so, you should know that you don't need to worry.  As the buyer, they will pretty take care of any little problem you have.

This, especially with N64 labels (I.e. They're crap, even where they're real).
