Request (DONE) SNES NTSC Custom Cover: Worms

Someone special over at AtariAge is creating custome NTSC worms carts.  This is one of my favorite games ever and it was released for SNES/Genesis only in PAL regions, so I'm stoked to have this game headed my way.

There is a ton of Worms art out there, would someone mind slapping together a NTSC SNES Worms cover for me?

We would need super high quality scan of Playstation version's front cover for easy conversion.

Did spot the Saturn version. Can't believe there's not much high quality art for first game.

Would you be happy with complete custom? Or did you want it to actually look like the pal version but for ntsc?

I would be very happy with a complete custom thanks!  I mainly use UGC's to keep my games dust free and so I can tell what they are on a shelf, I don't need perfection.  Again much appreciated.
