What are these good for? Like all your ROM or something? Just curious.

Any Data!  I used to save all my CD games as ISO in case I broke a disc, very handy to have a set of nice cases to organize.  Also, photos, family videos.  They even had one for SD cards, which is awesome as well.  The DVD/SD card would be perfect for keeping your disc and data together in some cases.

I'm not sure about all systems, but I know that the Nintendo Wii will allow you to save your Virtual Console games to an SD card and play them from it.  So in theory, you could save one Virtual Console game on an SD card and treat it like a physical copy and put it into a case like this with a cover.  It might get kind of expensive buying one SD card per game, but it would look cool on your shelf.  :P
