REQUEST - PANDEMONIUM PS1 in Dvd cover

I searched the site and did not find the custom cover of this very cool game that PS1 is the Pandemonium, both the 1 and the 2 .. is not the case for the CD. is the case for DVD, someone has to help me or could do? :D

i will explain the condition of the items.
piss poor to say the least, but scannable.
one of the game covers has a crease through the middle (can't recall off top of skull which one, i'll get on it later) and some minor damage on the outer of the paper.
as stated before in one of your subjects, i'll supply the RETAIL scans, then TCP can do whatever the fuck they want with it.
i seriously trust there's NO 'language barriers' on this one?! ;D

It is this same hood I want .. just that I do not quite understand what you do and say (for a change.
