Luigi and Bowser AR cards Photos with Mario- where to buy?

Has anyone seen the Luigi and Bowser $10 eshop cards that come with Photos with Mario AR cards of these guys? Of the "Wave 2" set, I've only seen Koopa Troopa.

You can get Bowser eshop cards at GameStop. Should be in the 3DS/WiiU/Amiibo sections

Koopa Troopa- Best Buy exclusive
Bowser- GameStop exclusive
Luigi- Target exclusive
