Request - PS1 Demo Discs - CD Jewel Case - NTSC

I'm wondering if anyone might want to tackle these PS1 Demo discs that came in cardboard sleeves. I've scanned the front and back of each. I'm just looking for standard CD jewel cases in NTSC format.

What exactly would u want it to say on the edge right now i have it as ps1 pizza hut demo 1 because there are 2 discs from pizza hut
and it doesnt really have a name lol
