Not sure how thick a border you need but here's a few variations that may work. I can modify it further if need be!

hmmmm, I can try reuploading them as SVG or GIF files instead of PNG. I just double checked my settings and the border is pure white on my end. If you have Photoshop, adding the border if pretty easy. at the bottom of the layers panel there is a fx button. When you click on it with one of the options is stroke. You can adjust the color and width of the border inside the dialog box that pops up.

Alright here they are as GIFs. The transparency doesn't show up for me in my browser, but when I download them and open in Photoshop they have a transparent background. Hopefully they will for you too!

Got it, i was trying as you told me here but i came up with the same result, i select pure white but it came with a greysh color. so i mess a little bit, in the position instead of normal i select center and 2 pixels, and came out great.

Thanks for the help  ;)

It did not. According to nintendoage here's the list of games with no normal sized retail box:

Quote from: nintendoage.com
Oversized boxes:
Gyromite big box variant (with parts for ROB to play the game)
Stack-Up (with parts for ROB to play the game)
Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego (with encyclopedia)

Bundled with accessories (also oversized boxes):
Athletic World Family Fun Fitness variant (normal box exists, but the whole package was contained with the FFF pad, non-FFF version was sold as a stand-alone item later)
Arkanoid (came with Vaus controller)
Dizzy the Adventurer (came with Aladdin Deck Enhancer, never sold separately)
Miracle Piano (came with a MIDI keyboard)
Racermate Challenge II (with the Racermate bike, believe the box was a generic shipping box, pics used to exist somewhere on NA)
World Class Track Meet (bundled with Power Pad)

Only bundled with consoles:
Gyromite normal-sized box variant (came with Deluxe Set)
SMB/DH (with Action Set)
SMB/DH/WCTM (with Power Set)
SSVB/NWC (with Sports Set)

And also you could count the Nintendo World Championship and Campus Challenge carts, but they never saw a retail release.

I know you specialize in USA covers, and I don't even have the ability to play PAL games, but I like this cover and it was never out in the US. If you have time, are you able to do any cleaning magic, especially on the Mario Bros. logo?

Here's a PNG of the logo. It's a little rough but I'm hoping someone with access to vector magic or illustrator can vectorize it for you. I plugged it into the online version of vector magic and it looked great at medium settings. The site doesn't let you download it without a paid membership though. I know sheep2001 can do beautiful things with vectors, maybe he'll lend a hand.
