it generally help to practice all the same, and agreed, using OVERKILL tools will fuck the job up in no short order.

most jobs are 'easy' but put a fine lattice pcb in front of me to fix, and i back with a off-hand expression 'you taking the piss? you know i can't do kashmir cog pieces, just basic stuff with gaps seen by most naked eyes.

at those pissing about with fine electronics:
if you have expertise here, carry on and ignore.
if you don't, PRACTICE on fucked pcb's first, get the correct tools also.
...and make sure you environment is safe, solder razzes like fuck when it bounces about and lands on exposed flesh.
