Worlds end is terrible.  Starts off good, like you'd expect from Simon pegg, but about half way through descends into a farce.  Was very disappointed.

Got an Everdrive and a composite A/V cable for my Turbografx.  Paid $49 for the cable because I didn't want to spend twice that for a Turbo Booster.

Nice pickup.  You won't regret the Everdrive.  I love mine.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Just came in today and I'm loving it.  I have around 100 games on it, including nearly every shmup (my favorite 16 bit genre and the main reason I got a TG-16). Looking forward to playing games that were released in Japan only.

I love shooters, but I've never been very good at them.  If any of them give you too much trouble, I have a good link for patching cheat codes into the game ROMs.  It's the only way I can beat a few of those games.   :P

I thought about buying an everdrive for each system, but I eventually decided if I was going to emulate why not just go the cheaper route and build a retropie.  Better functionality and cheaper.  And hell if you are willing to gut some original controllers you can have some fantastic USB controllers to use on the system.

I bought Everdrives for all of my systems so I WOULDN'T have to emulate.  That was sort of the point.  ;)

It's really, REALLY easy to pull composite from the TG-16 with the slightest of soldering skills and a $1.99 set of composite cables.

Adding to the hardware collection.  I'm literally out of room for all this stuff, so I don't know why I keep buying it.

If you play Paper Jam, let me know what you think.  I can't imagine how you would have time with all of the stuff you do, but maybe you can squeeze in 30 or 45 min a night like I try to.

I'm playing through all of the Paper Mario games right now and I'm currently 2/3 through Thousand Year Door.  But I'll probably play through the Mario & Luigi Series before I ever get to Paper Jam.

It works great.  Unfortunately I have no soldering skills or equipment to make my own, though I've read about the process and it would be quite simple for someone with the knowledge.

I'm in the same boat you're in.  I have never even held a soldering gun, let alone know how to use one.  When it comes to software I can get by pretty well...hardware on the other hand, if it involves anything more complicated that using a screw driver, then I am out of my league,
