Request - Bubble Bobble Part 2 - NES - NA - Retail Label

Recently picked up an authentic copy of this rarer NES game but it doesn't have a label. Looking for a replacement label as close to retail as I can get. Thinking of marking it somewhere saying
"
Reproduction Label
Authentic Game
"

Or something similar, to indicate the label isn't original but the PCB is. Any ideas? This is for my personal collection but I'd still like it to be marked somehow.

That would be helpful, especially the top label so I can try to match the font as closely as possible. Thanks!
