I think these are mostly launch titles. I don't anticipate on picking up any of the rarer titles  (pole position, polar rescue, etc) any time soon.

thanks for your trouble iam in contact with some one who wants to make repro boxes for the vectrex he asked for better scans any one has better scans

theres actually a gbatemp page with all 33 boxes but they are low res its a page where the covers are made for softmodded wii emulators the boxes seem pretty basic and i think some artist here could actually recreate most of them with some time if it interest them im not that good or anywhere near it but some people here are

i personally dont think your scans look that bad they just need to be cleaned up cant help age and damage to the actual box someone with art skills is needed to make it better

Don't be so quick to judge. I don't think they are very readily available. I doubt anyone active here has them and simply won't scan them.

Vectrex boxes are hard to come by and expensive. I've also met some Vectrex collectors that do not want to flatten their original boxes even for the purpose of scanning them. I've only seen one person on the forum through the years who claims to have originals but refuses to scan them.

I do not plan on acquiring more any time soon, focusing on some different areas of my collection instead at the moment. If I do get any more and get them scanned, they will be updated in my raw scans thread.
